Testing machine, DC-CDI Test Bench, for detecting and analyzing the spark, firing angle, solenoid (voltage and duration), Spark voltage and current of a Capacitance Discharge Ignition (CDI) unit is one of the first kind of machine in this type.
The testing parameters are entered in the program and then accordingly the CDI unit is tested for the respective number of steps. The signals for Temperature and Throttle Positioning Sensor are also simulated externally in the panel.
Inputs are simulated and given to the CDI unit and its respective outputs are measured and checked for every step. If any one step is failed then the CDI unit is rejected. Customer has rated the machine as A+ grade zero breakdown machine in production line.
