The system tests for typical parameters like DC and AC Voltage, DC and AC current (with and without load).

Testing machine, DC-CDI Test Bench, for detecting and analyzing the spark, firing angle, solenoid (voltage and duration), Spark voltage and current of a Capacitance Discharge Ignition (CDI) unit is one of the first kind of machine in this type.

 

The testing parameters are entered in the program and then accordingly the CDI unit is tested for the respective number of steps. The signals for Temperature and Throttle Positioning Sensor are also simulated externally in the panel.

 

Inputs are simulated and given to the CDI unit and its respective outputs are measured and checked for every step. If any one step is failed then the CDI unit is rejected. Customer has rated the machine as A+ grade zero breakdown machine in production line.

Our range of Starter Motor Controller Test Bench provides automatic sequential testing of 17 different parameters. The device has 4 inputs and 4 outputs and 1 frequency input. Test bench generates signals for voltage and frequency input and measures the amplitude and rise and fall times of the output signals. The waveforms of output are also displayed on the screen.
